God has highly exalted Jesus Christ and given Him the name which is above every name (in South Africa) that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth and every tongue  confess that He is Lord, to the glory of God the Father Phil 2:9-11

South Africa, everything and everyone in it has been redeemed and reconciled to God by the blood of the Lamb Col 1:20

In South Africa “The Lord is our Judge, the Lord is our Lawgiver, the Lord is our King; He will save us” Isaiah 33:22

The counsel of the Lord shall stand in South Africa and He will do all His pleasure Isaiah 46:10

The Lord has opened up a fountain for South Africa for sin and uncleanness, and the names of the idols will be cut off from the land and will no longer be remembered.  He will cause the unclean spirits and false prophets to depart from the land. Zechariah 13:1-2

The Lord reigns in South Africa…..righteous and justice are the foundation of His throne Psalm 97 (proclaim the whole Psalm)

The Lord has changed the season – the reign of ‘Saul’ has come to an end and God has found ‘David’, a man after His own heart, to rule South Africa Daniel 2:21, 1 Samuel 16:1, Acts 13:22

The mountain of the Lord’s house shall be exalted over every other mountain in South Africa and all nations shall flow to it – the mountain of politics and government; the economy; belief systems: the New Age, Islam, African Traditional Religion etc.; arts entertainment & sport, the family, the media and education Isaiah 2:2

The church of Jesus Christ has risen up in South Africa as a mighty army, as His battle axe, His weapon of war to destroy the kingdom of darkness Jeremiah 51:20, as a new threshing sledge with sharp teeth to thresh the mountains of witchcraft, idolatry, corruption, and every form of wickedness in South Africa Isaiah 41:15

As the church of South Africa we do not tolerate Jezebel and condemn her works of eating food sacrificed to idols and sexual immorality.  Revelation 2:20

Your kingdom come and Your will be done in the election in South Africa as it is in heaven, for Yours is the kingdom, the power and the glory in South Africa for ever and ever Amen!  Matthew 6:10, 13

KEEPING THE WATCHES, THE GATES & BLOWING THE SHOFAR

“Man the fort! Watch the road! Strengthen your flanks! Fortify your power mightily” Nahum 2:1b

“I will stand my watch and set myself on the rampart, and watch to see what He will say to me” Habakkuk 2:1a

The battle for any territory is turned at the gate Isaiah 28:6.  We are intended by God both to open the gates for the righteous to enter and to possess the gates of our enemies Gen 24:60. There are gates of time and gates of places. During this prayer campaign for the elections we must be diligent to rise up as the Body of Christ in our place as a royal priesthood, a holy nation and not only subdue the enemy but take dominion and rule over these gates. Many politicians are drawing power from the altars of idols and witchcraft.  These altars are on the land and at the waters and many are serviced during the midnight watches. To win this battle will require sacrifice. We will not keep silent day or night until this nation enters its destiny and brings praise to the Lord.  Isaiah 62:6-7.

The four main watches are 06:00, 12 midday, 18:00 and midnight – these are the key ones to keep consistently. Some may start an hour before and finish on that time and others may begin at that time and take the following hour. Work with others and plan to cover them all in your territory.  Where possible blow the shofar in each direction – north, south, east and west and proclaim:

“Jesus Christ reigns in South Africa. Of the increase of His government and peace there shall be no end. The zeal of the Lord of Hosts will accomplish this”

Repeat this calling the name of your province and your town.

Enter every watch with prayers of thanksgiving and praise (Psalm 50:14-15, 100) and exalt the word and the name of the Lord (Psalm 138:1-2). At the beginning of the watch command the gates to be lifted up for the King of Glory, the Lord strong and mighty in battle, the Lord of Hosts to enter with the sons of glory to rule over the day or night as appropriate (Psalm 24:7-10, Gen 1:28). Follow this with repentance to God for the abominations we are committing in our nation – our government’s rejection of God’s first born nation Israel, the increase in worship of the dead, witchcraft, innocent bloodshed through murder, accidents on our roads, sexual immorality, sexual perversion etc. and plead the blood of Jesus over the nation and call on the mercy of God (Daniel 9).

In all watches command the heavens to declare the glory of God (Psalm 19).  Command the sun to speak of His glory (Ex 34:6-7) and blot out every word spoken on satanic altars that will manipulate the minds of the people or cause the sun to smite us by day or the moon by night. (Isaiah 25:7, Psalm 121:6). Plant the heavens and lay the foundations of the nation with the word of God Isaiah 51:16.

In the morning watch – command the dawn to take hold of the ends of the nation, your territory, every sphere pf society and shake the wicked out (Job 38:12-13).  Call upon the Lord to arise and break the arm of the wicked, to search out their wickedness until there is none Psalm 10:12-15 – the arm of idolatry, witchcraft, corruption, sexual immorality etc.

In the midday watch – call forth the church in accordance with Isaiah 60:1-3 to “Arise, shine, for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you”. Call forth the righteous to be planted by the Lord as oaks of righteousness in every place where the wicked have been cast out in every sphere of society specifically local, provincial and national government, State Owned Enterprises (i.e. Eskom, SAA, SABC, PRASA etc.) and Chapter 9 Institutions. Isaiah 61:3-4.

In the evening watch use the keys of the kingdom and shut up the heavens, the earth and the waters against witches, sorcerers and devil worshippers; prohibit their travel in your area; bind and dismiss every satanic gatekeeper; judge their altars and take charge of the night under the Lord of Hosts (Matt 16:18-19, Psalm 149:5-9). Declare Micah 3:6 that they shall have night without visions and night without divination, that the sun shall go down on the false prophets and the day shall be dark for them.  Declare Isaiah 44:25 that the Lord frustrates the signs of the false prophets and makes fools of diviners, overthrowing their learning and turning it to nonsense.

In all watches, call upon the Holy Spirit to lead and anoint you to pray and to hover over the nation bringing conviction of sin, righteousness and judgment. Genesis 1:2, John 16:8. Ask the Spirit of God, who indwells every believer, to raise up the standard as the enemy has come into our nation like a flood 1 Corinthians 3:16, Isaiah 59:19b and release His wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge and the fear of the Lord in and through every believer – Isaiah 11:2.

RAISING OF ALTARS

“Gideon built an altar there to the Lord and called it the Lord is Peace…Now it came to pass the same night that the Lord said to him “Take your father’s young bull, the second bull of seven years old, and tear down the altar of Baal that your father has, and cut down the wooden image that is beside it; and build an altar to the Lord your God on top of this rock in the proper arrangement, and take the second bull and offer a burnt sacrifice with the wood of the image which you shall cut down” Judges 6:24-26

God called Gideon as a deliverer of his nation from the oppression of the Midianites, but as in any battle for a nation it is not only physical enemies we fight but also spiritual enemies, and these draw power from altars where sacrifices and covenants are made to their gods. It is the same in this nation. We therefore have to do two things – raise altars to the Lord and destroy the altars raised to false gods. Altars open either the gate of heaven or hell on to the land giving access either to angels of God or demons (Genesis 28:12-17, 1 Cor 10:14-22). The level of sacrifice and dedication of the priest to service the altar will determine its strength and ability to control the territory.

• Ask the Lord to awaken the church to it’s role as a “royal priesthood” and take responsibility for the nation before God. Psalm 2, Ezekiel 22:30-31, Isaiah 62:6-7
• Raise an altar to the Lord personally and dedicate it to the Lord to pray for this forthcoming election Psalm 24
• Offer yourself to the Lord as a living sacrifice Romans 12:1 and consecrate yourself to serve at this altar of prayer for the nation 1 Peter 2:5-9, 1 Timothy 2:1-3
• Find other believers in your workplace, community etc. and raise a corporate altar to pray together in the run up to the election Acts 4:24-31
• Identify your local IEC office and ask to pray there. If they permit hold weekly prayer meetings
• Find out the location of the polling stations in your area and go and raise altars there.
• Mobilise believers to prayer walk the land “Arise, walk in the land through its length and it width, for I give it to you” Genesis 13:17. “Every place that the sole of your feet will tread upon I have given to you.” Joshua 1:3.
• In addition to walking the land the Lord has given us another strategy called Prayer Patrols which is simply patrolling our territory in our vehicles which enables us to cover much more ground. This is based on Zachariah 1:8-11 and a word given to Pastor Laban Jjumba when praying for the security of Uganda where the Holy Spirit said that if they will patrol the land praying as they go to subdue the land, even as the horses that were sent out, the Lord will release His angels to follow our routes, and bring peace on the land.
• Identify altars on the land that are against God – ancestral worship, witchcraft, sorcery, freemasonry, Islam, New Age, Satanism etc. Bring repentance to God for these abominations Deuteronomy 18:9-14, bring the atonement of the blood of Jesus to silence the speaking of their sacrifices, sack their priesthood and execute God’s written judgment on them. Declare Jesus words on the cross “It is finished”. Psalm 149:7-9 Col 2:15

FOCUS ON PRAYER FOR A RIGHTEOUS LEADER – “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people” Everything rises and falls within leadership – John Maxwell

“By a prophet the Lord brought Israel out of Egypt, and by a prophet he was preserved” Hosea 12:13

God gave Israel specific instructions as to the type of leader they should appoint. As a democratic country we have the right to vote for the leader of our choice. The following scripture guides us: Deuteronomy 17:14-20  “When you come to the land which the Lord your God is giving you, and possess it and dwell in it, and say, I will set a king over me like all the nations that are around me, you shall surely set a king over you whom the Lord your God chooses; one from among your brethren you shall set as king over you; you may not set a foreigner over you, who is not your brother. But he shall not multiply horses for himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt to multiply horses, for the Lord has said to you, ‘You shall not return that way again’. Neither shall he multiply wives for himself, lest his heart turn away; nor shall he greatly multiply silver and gold for himself. Also it shall be when he sits on the throne of his kingdom that he shall write for himself a copy of this law in a book from the one before the priests, the Levites. And it shall be with him, and he shall read it all the days of his life, that he may learn to fear the Lord his God and be careful to observe all the words of this law and these statutes, that his heart may not be lifted above his brethren, that he may not turn aside from the commandment to the right or to the left, and that he may prolong his in his kingdom, he and his children in the midst of Israel”

In 2008 Kim Clements prophesied that God had raised a righteous leader to lead the nation.  It is time for this prophecy to be fulfilled.  In Israel, God found for Himself a man after His own heart, David. God has his “David” for South Africa and a company of David’s, Daniel’s, Joseph’s and Nehemiah’s whom He will use to rebuild this nation and order and establish it with judgment and justice. Isaiah 9:7; 61:4. Pray for them to come forth and be made manifest in this season.

“Pray without ceasing!” Stand watch upon the walls of South Africa; do not hold your peace day or night, make mention of the Lord, DO NOT KEEP SILENT, and give God no rest until He establishes and makes South Africa a praise in the earth. 1 Thessalonians 5:17, Isaiah 62:6-7

HOW TO RAISE AN ALTAR

• Declare Psalm 24:1-2 – confirm ownership of place to Jehovah
• Give thanks, praise, honour and glory to God – offer a sacrifice of praise, the fruit of lips that confess His name – Hebrews 13:15
• Bring repentance before God for anything that could have grieved or offended Him on that land/place of altar by any people past or present – Leviticus 26:40
• Renounce any agreements made with the kingdom of darkness known or unknown to you; break any negative covenants with evil spirits – Proverbs 28:13
• Bring the atonement of the blood of Jesus and reconcile it and the people to the Lord – Colossians 1:20
• Blot out all handwriting the enemy has in the heavens, water or on the earth against the place/people –Colossians 2:14
• Bind every evil spirit previously invited and command them to leave – James 4:7-8, Philippians 2:10
• Loose those who have been taken captive by it
• Proclaim Psalm 24:7-8 and invite the King of Glory to come and establish His throne in that place
• Connect the altar to the altar of the Lamb of God in heaven – Revelation 5, 8
• Declare the Lordship of Jesus Christ and submit everything to His rulership. Read Isaiah 9:6-7 and ask Him to increase daily His government over that place/people
• Blow the shofar
• Take communion and make a covenant with the Lord
• Use oil sanctified for the purpose to anoint the place
